C.I. Designs Inc. is a general contracting company located in Beltsville, Maryland. We have been in business for nearly 30 years. Historically, we have specialized in commercial renovations, primarily pertaining to the health care industry. C.I. Designs are experts of interior renovations to residential homes. Furthermore, we also specialize in customized window treatments for the commercial and residential industry. We fabricate all window treatments on site in our warehouse in Beltsville, Maryland. In addition, C.I. Designs has a newly formed company named Metro Remediation and Restoration LLC. This company will focus on mold remediation and water damage restoration.

C.I. Designs Inc. is centered solely on customer service. We tailor each job to the specific needs of each customer and do our very best to ensure all of those needs are met.
