| C.I. Designs Inc. was the general contractor for this job. It was a significant renovation of common areas of the three floored facility. Wall demolition was common throughout this job as well as new wall construction. New finishes included carpet, VCT, millwork, wall covering, and painting. Mechanical, electrical, and HVAC were all upgraded throughout scope of renovation. In addition, this renovation was completed while residents were living inside the building. |
