| In this project, C.I. Designs Inc. was the general contractor. It entailed a complete interior renovation of the majority of the building. It included demolition of existing walls and construction of new walls. It also included the relocation of plumbing and HVAC as well as new plumbing and HVAC. Existing finishes were removed and installed with new commercial finishes which included millwork, flooring, painting, wall covering, light fixtures, molding, doors, furniture, window treatments, etc. Furthermore, electrical had to be upgraded as well. In addition, this job had to be completed while there were residents occupying the building. |
